Keynote Abstract:

The BBC, Apple II and the PC Jnr were the flavour of the month when I began seriously to look at Technology in education.

After fiddling with Microbees, Commodore 64s and ZX80s, where we all learnt coding, the Apple and PC began the journey for more than the geeks.

Now here we are in 2016, coming full circle, talking about how everyone should learn coding.

Let’s look at some lessons that can be learned from this merry go round.
