This ticket may only be purchased or used by current financial ECAWA members and staff members of schools / organisations with a current financial ECAWA membership.

Please complete the registration details carefully and ensure that the spelling and punctuation of your name and the name of your school is correct. The information you supply will be used on documents, including your name tags and certificate of participation.

If you purchase a ticket for another eligible person please ensure that the name of the attendee is listed during checkout, along with any dietary or access considerations, so that the attendee receives a name tag and certificate of participation in their own name, as well as anything else they require.

If you wish to purchase multiple tickets please order each ticket separately. If this is a problem, or if you wish to book a large block of tickets, please email the ECAWA Secretary  secretary@ecawa.wa.edu.au to make special arrangements.

Updates:

In the lead up to this event please check ECAWeb and the email address that you give when purchasing the ticket, as any changes to arrangements will be advised by email and on ECAWeb.

Please note that:

ECAWA will be bound by any public health orders or recommendations made by the WA Health Department, and it is a condition of entry to the event that  Conference ticket holders abide by these public health orders or recommendations.

No refunds will be available, however, with advance notice, it may be possible to transfer the registration to another staff member of your school, and we are happy to assist with this.

Photographs of coordinators, presenters, activities and some participants will be taken during this professional learning event, and will be posted on ECAWeb, in some social media and in other ECAWA related publications. These photographs form part of the record of this event, as well as part of ECAWA’s record of the year’s activities.

If you do not wish to appear in these photographs please advise the ECAWA President president@ecawa.wa.edu.au or the ECAWA Secretary secretary@ecawa.wa.edu.au  of this well before the event so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
