A recent check of our membership lists has revealed a number of members have entered their email addresses with “typos” – usually in their own names or the names of their school. It is easy enough to do when you’re short of time (and who isn’t?) but it does mean that email sent to those addresses has been bounced into a “failed” file, that also includes all the messages sent to members who have changed their school or their email address and not updated their contact details with ECAWA.
Next time you fill in an ECAWA form please remember that the details are used to stay in touch with you, send you information and invitations and produce certificates for PL events and so on.
