ECAWA is developing a response to the draft Australian Curriculum: Technologies.
To ensure that all ECAWA members have the opportunity to provide feedback, we will be undertaking a two stage process:
Stage 1 – Consultation Forum:
To be held at Wesley College, South Perth on Monday 15th April 2013 from 4:00pm – 6:00pm in the Business and Enterprise Centre. To facilitate efficient use of time, please download a copy of the draft curriculum (link below) and annotate any issue for discussion at the forum.
Light afternoon refreshments will be provided. Please let us know of your intention to participate in the Forum by Friday the 11th April, using the form at http://bit.ly/ECAWAApril15
Stage 2 – Survey
A survey will be distributed by email to all ECAWA members during the week commencing 8th April 2013. Instructions and timelines for survey completion will be provided in the distributed email.
Responses from both the survey and consultation forum will be collated to develop ECAWA’s feedback to ACARA. All members will be forwarded a copy of the response to ACARA in the week beginning 6th May 2013. Our feedback will be forwarded to ACARA by the 9th May 2013.
All ECAWA members are encouraged to engage with the draft curriculum.
