ECAWA is holding a one day event on Saturday 3 May 2008 from 8:45am at Newman College.

The intention of this day is that it functions as an “unconference”. What is an unconference?

Basic premise for the day “The workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to work to develop/refine teaching programmes, resources, skills etc for use with their students.”

What to bring

You may bring your own notebook. As this is an unconference, please bring something to share with the rest of the group such as an idea, project, website, web 2.0 tool you love, presentation, workshop etc. (see agenda)

Cost

$10 per person to cover incidental costs such as refreshments and a light lunch.

Receipts and PD / PL certificates will be available on the 3rd of May.
If you are not an ECAWA member you are still very welcome to attend this event at the same cost as members. You will be invited to take a membership application form and become an individual or school member before attending another event at the member price.
