- Sponsors do not receive your personal data. Instead, ECAWA may forward sponsor material on your behalf
- For individual contact requests, personal details aren’t directly shared. Instead, members may forward enquiries to your ECAWA email at your discretion.
- Your information is only accessed by authorised ECAWA Committee members or volunteers who need it to carry out their roles.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted third parties who assist us with services such as event management or email communications, but only where necessary and under strict confidentiality agreements.
Your Rights & Choices
You are entitled to:
- Opt out of mailings at any time
- Access, correct, delete or download your personal information
- Request deletion of comments
- Withdraw banking details used for reimbursements
- Alert us if you think we’re asking for unnecessary details

- Payment data (like credit card info) is handled by secure, compliant third-party platforms.
