Annual General Meeting

ECAWA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important opportunity for members to hear about the association’s activities, achievements, and plans for the year ahead.
The AGM includes:

  • Presentation of the Annual Report
  • Financial Report and Treasurer’s statement
  • Election of Committee members
  • Updates on key initiatives and future directions
  • An opportunity for members to raise questions or proposals

All current financial members are encouraged to attend and participate. Voting and nominations for Committee positions are open to eligible members in accordance with the ECAWA Constitution (ECAWA Rules).
Each School / Organisational Member is permitted to appoint one person as their representative. We will be in contact with these members once the AGM has been announced to confirm this person.
