A Message to ECAWA Members

Hello everyone,

This message  includes a few items we’d like to bring to your attention. Please note that the job vacancy that we’ve been asked to draw to your attention closes on Tuesday, so if you are interested, you will need to get busy over this long weekend!

1. What professional learning needs do you and your colleagues have, that might be addressed in ECAWA PL during 2024? We would very much appreciate your input, as we put together a programme for the year ahead. Please use the link https://bit.ly/ECAWA2024PLNeedsAllMembers  or email secretary@ecawa.wa.edu.au

2. If you can be in Sydney on the 16th and 17th of March 2024, consider attending  ICTENSW DigiTLL (Digital Technologies, Learning & Literacy) Conference 2024. If you are registering, please let them know you are an ECAWA member, and quote your membership type and the number on your latest Tax Invoice for ECAWA membership.
See ECAWeb in the “News” section at https://ecawa.wa.edu.au/2023/11/09/digitll_ictensw/  for more information and links.

3. Kolbe College is looking for a teacher of Digital Technologies for a full time, ongoing position. Applications close on Tuesday the 5th of March. See https://www.kolbe.wa.edu.au/about-us/welcome/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.

4. Please ensure that your ECAWA membership is still financial.
Remember that while some memberships fall due for renewal at the end of March, others are due to be renewed at the end of September. Check your previous Tax Invoice (attached to the email sent to the address you gave when you made your membership payment) for the renewal date.
