Make a Presentation at the ECAWA 2021 State Conference

Make a Presentation at the ECAWA 2021 State Conference – #ECAWA2021 – on Saturday the 4th of December, 2021, at Christ Church Grammar School.

The Conference is being held on the first Saturday of December – just before the school holidays begin for most schools, and we’d to be able to send everyone  off with lots of fresh ideas to mull over and develop.

The ECAWA 2021 State Conference will be an opportunity for you to join some very experienced presenters, as well as some new presenters, as ECAWA members and friends come together to learn,  to share and  to CELEBRATE the really great work that we have been doing as we have moved through a tough time.

We are looking forward to getting together at this event, and understand that while some will be there throughout the  whole day, some will come along when they can, and others will need to come along online, and still have the opportunity to participate fully.

The ECAWA Committee is determined that the ECAWA 2021 State Conference will go ahead – no matter what – and we are asking our Presenters and Speakers to be prepared for “online only”  presentations if this should become necessary, and understand that we will work with “online in parallel” in any case.

To make this manageable we are asking all Presenters and Speakers to record their presentation in advance and send the file (video or slide show with audio) to ECAWA via upload to our Google Drive folder or via Dropbox, by Tuesday the 23rd of November.

Supporting resources for your presentation should be made available via the Conference website and should be emailed or sent via Dropbox or similar to conference@ecawa.wa.edu.au by Monday the 28th of November at the latest.

Resources made available this way will be password protected, to limit access.

Access will become available to conference participants on the morning or afternoon of the presentation unless the presenter requests a different arrangement – such as open access throughout.

We have places in the programme for presentations of a variety of lengths, but please remember to allow some time for questions and discussion too.

If you have a Presentation that you’d like to offer, please complete the form at https://bit.ly/ECAWA2021Presentations

If you have any questions please email Secretary@ecawa.wa.edu.au as soon as possible!
