Do you have (or are you thinking of having) some of your subjects online?
If so, this session is for you. Bernadette will give you some easily implemented suggestions for passing the AQTF, ASQA, etc. audits with online courses. This is particularly relevant for VET courses, but also applies to good practice for any online teaching.
About the Presenter:
Bernadette Parry has a rich and diverse background, having worked as a computer programmer, a high school teacher, and a Moodle trainer.
Bernadette’s qualifications include a degree in computing (Curtin) and Cert IV in Training and Assessment. Her responsibilities include start-up TrainingVC training for eWorks’ Moodle based Learning Management System, advanced Moodle training, and supervisor of the support desk services.
Prior to working for eWorks, Bernadette taught business, computing and maths subjects for 10 years at Ocean Reef Senior High School and 5 years at MLC. Prior to teaching, she worked as a programmer for BHP.
