Ready, Steady, Think!!

Presenter: Brette Lockyer

Have you ever taught a lesson using ICT and thought to yourself, “Wow, that was a fantastic lesson!” ?

In this workshop we will use the SAMR model to interrogate a few classroom activities which have employed ICT.

As with the Emperor’s New Clothes, they might look good at first, but the SAMR model will help us to question that.

The workshop will be in the format of our favourite cooking show we all watch in the school holidays: ‘Ready, Steady, Cook’.

Bring a QR code reader on your device, and even one of your own classroom activities for us to dissect!

Intended Audience: Early Childhood, Primary+
