Integrating ICT Across the Curriculum

Presented by

Mrs Jan Clarke

Jan Clarke is the ICT in Curriculum Consultant with AISWA, the Association of Independent Schools of Western Australia.

Jan’s eclectic teaching experience with ICT equips her to talk about its integration across the curriculum.

Trained as a primary teacher, moving to secondary and VET computing and now working as a teacher consultant for AISWA, Jan has had the opportunity to collect over 25 years of first-hand experience about how ICTs are used in classrooms across year levels and subjects.

While fine research and content knowledge are absolutely fundamental to developing potent Digital Age curriculum, somebody has to convince real teachers in real classrooms that the expectations could be possible… and even enjoyable!

Jan will share some ideas and examples relating to ICT integration across the curriculum.

Join Jan Clarke at the ECAWA 2014 State Conference on Tuesday the 15th of April at Penrhos College.
