Presented by Daniel Budd of Christ Church Grammar School

Senior students can often become disengaged when they spend too much time in block level programming.

Swift is an exciting open-source industry language which will engage students at all levels.

In this workshop you will be introduced to Xcode as well as the Swift language, and build the practical skills to start developing a classic arcade-games development course at your school.

You will require the latest version of OSX on your laptop and the latest version of Xcode to participate in this workshop. Please ensure that you have downloaded and set up this software before you arrive at the Conference venue.

Intended Audience: All those concerned with the Australian Curriculum – Digital Technologies,  Secondary, Upper Secondary
